Tips to Help Keep You, Your Loved Ones and Your Home Safe:

• Install motion lights on front, rear and sides of home

• Record ALL serial numbers on ALL items and store them in a safe place

• Report any suspicious activity to the Pitt County Sheriff Office Communications Center at 252-830-4141

• Be sure that children wear helmets while riding their bike (this is NC Law)

• Put lights on a timer if you are going to be away

• Put your NC Driver's License number on all possessions. This will help track items and get them returned to you should they be stolen and are sold at a pawn shop and/or are recovered.
